Danielle brings over a decade of experience to her role as Operations Manager at MLO, where she supports firm leadership, oversees internal systems, and ensures both clients and staff receive the high level of care the firm is known for. She joined the firm as a case manager and, through her dedication and leadership, grew into a key operational role. Prior to the legal field, Danielle worked in executive administration and hospitality, building a strong foundation in customer service, organization, and team coordination. She is known for her empathy, strong work ethic, and ability to streamline operations while fostering a positive, growth-focused environment. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling, cat sitting advocating for animals, discovering new music, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
