Claudia brings extensive experience in intakes, investigations, and EDR preservation, drawing from her prior work in vehicle defect and catastrophic injury litigation. She has supported trial teams with evidence development, assisted in jury selection preparation, and contributed to creating Day-in-the-Life materials, giving her a deep understanding of how early case work shapes long-term outcomes.
Claudia plays a key role in early case development, managing high-volume intakes, evaluating liability, performing investigations and surveillance, preserving critical evidence, and gathering the information attorneys need to build case strategy and value. She also meets with clients and their families to understand their experiences firsthand, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and guided.
Claudia is known for working with heart, listening deeply, building trust, and approaching every case with structure, intention, and genuine commitment. Outside of work, she enjoys music, outings, and spending time with her family. She speaks both English and Spanish.
