Everyone should definitely stop looking at the old played-out “accident attorney billboards” we all see and pass on the freeways. Back to back billboards of the same person and yet I have not heard of anyone in my circle of friends referring me to them for a consultation or that they’ve been with them. I was rear-ended and I contacted McGee Lerer & Associates the next day. The process was super simple and I did everything by text, email, and phone. I never went in person to their office until it was time for me to pick up our checks (which they could’ve mailed but I work 10 min away from their Santa Monica office so I felt safer going in person). Also, if you don’t like talking on the phone, they can answer questions over text and you can text them pictures of the accident and whatever other document might be needed. Denise Medina was great at answering all my questions. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

I chose this firm based on 2 main things: they were open at 11 p.m. on a Saturday night to take my call, and they had the highest reviews I could find. An actual human answered my late call, took lots of notes, and gave me a sense of comfort. Fima was put on my case, and she was incredibly helpful. As we encountered different issues along the way, she was there to answer my questions. It was a huge relief; I'm very busy with work and just wanted to handle this as quickly as possible. I was able to just put trust in Fima to get things done, and she did! If you're in a car accident, give this place a chance. If I need representation again, I'll be coming back for sure.

I had a great experience with McGee, Lerer & Associates. I am not a client of theirs, but Fima Afshar was still so kind in assisting me several times over the course of a few months. Unfortunately, after my accident, I did not seek legal or medical aid in a timely fashion, but Fima informed me I was still entitled to compensation for medical expenses, lost wages, and pain and suffering. She then walked me through the steps on how to contact the insurance company and ask for my bodily injury compensation. She is awesome and I wouldn't have known I was able to get compensation without her!
